Return Policy

Stock tee signs: If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to Tee-signs.com within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW (un-used) condition and in the original factory packaging. Return products have a restocking fee of 15% (purchase price plus original shipping costs) and will require the purchaser to ship the items to Tee-signs.com at the customers’ expense. Tee-signs.com will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly. If there are any questions about returns, feel free to contact us and we will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied. Custom tee signs & banners: No refunds, after client approves art. We have the right to ship up to 5% more on all custom orders.

Cancellation policy

Orders must be cancelled in writing (email) for a refund.

Shipping

All items are shipped UPS Ground (unless requested otherwise by cardholder) within 48 business hours of your purchase. In the event that an item is out of stock or backordered, we will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you. Purchases may be delivered to your address or to one or many recipients.
